Destini, CEO and Master Lash Trainer
Destini is a licensed Master Cosmetologist with over 7 years of experience and has personally served more than 500 guests in the Valdosta area. She has mastered lash artistry across all lash types and built a reputation for quality, consistency, and care.
What began as a passion for beauty and women’s empowerment grew into The Lash Bar, where Destini now serves as Founder and CEO. Today, she leads the vision and growth of the brand—overseeing artist education, service standards, and the overall guest experience—while building a luxury, people-first salon designed to empower both clients and artists.
Sarah Watson, Lash and Brow Artist (Level 3)
Sarah has been lashing for almost 6 years. She is a military spouse from New Mexico and brought her talent to Valdosta in 2023. She has an extensive knowledge of lash extensions services and often helps train our team and aspiring artists.
Sarah has a silly and soft vibe and is always getting complimented on how gentle she is when doing lashes. Wispy cat eyes are her favorite but she can do any style.
Sarah's hobbies are baking, coloring, and chilling with her cats. Lately she's been catching up on Stranger Things! She loves talking about beauty and relationships and wants her clients to feel better when they are walking out than when they came in.
Karita Doty, Lash and Brow Artist and Body Waxer (Level 2)
Karita is light-hearted, laid back, fun, and vibes with all the mamas (even if you need a lash nap). She started doing lashes in 2024 and really fell in love with wispy lashes and textured hybrids. Karita is known for her skills with soft and hard wax, particularly with brazilians.
On the weekends Karita loves thrifting, mom life, and the outdoors. She also has an amazing sense of humor and loves to chat about anything!
Phoebe Singleton, Lash Artist (Level 2)

Phoebe started doing lashes in January 2025 and has been extremely dedicated at perfecting her craft since. Phoebe's specialty is soft natural classics with airy wispy texture. She is constantly being complemented for her attention to detail.
Phoebe loves art, psychological thrillers, and taking her dog, Rhino, on walks with her boyfriend. Some of her favorite things to talk about with her clients are relationships, fitness, travel, pets, mental health, and true crime.
Morgan Stone, Lash Artist (Level 1)

Morgan is 21 years old and started doing lashes in early 2025. She found out quickly that she was really good at volume and wispy sets. She especially loves a cat eye!
In Morgan's free time, she is usually hanging with her boo and her cat, Bellatrix or cleaning and listening to true crime. She is a hobby baker and cook. She loves talking to her clients about astrology, travel, and relationships and makes it a priority to make them feel confident.
Ali Lamb, Guest Happiness Team
Ali is one of the friendly faces who helps make The Lash Bar feel like home. She genuinely loves connecting with people and believes that even the smallest interactions can make a big impact. Whether it’s a quick conversation at the front desk or helping behind the scenes, Ali takes pride in being part of what makes clients feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful.
She especially enjoys building long-lasting relationships with clients and creating a welcoming experience from the moment they walk in. Ali also loves supporting the lash artists day-to-day, helping with the little things that take stress off their plates so they can focus on what they do best.
If you’re calling or visiting for the first time, you can expect Ali to be bubbly, honest, outgoing, and always happy to help—making sure you leave feeling taken care of and confident in yourself.
